Do I have to be in when the cleaner visits my home?

No. You just should let our cleaner enter your home and leave your instructions if you have any special needs. Our cleaner will complete cleaning job in a professional manner. They will leave your home and lock the door. If you would like to give our cleaner a key for the next visit, Sparkle Home Cleaners will have a registration document for key keeping.

How do I pay for cleaning service?

Sparkle Home Cleaners can accept any payments via Standing Orders, Debit & Credit Cards, Contactless or an Invoice will be generated with link to pay by card. However we can also accept cash payments should you prefer to pay this way.

Can I leave my dog at home on cleaning day?

Our cleaners are pets friendly people. You just need to keep your pet in one safe place when our cleaner is working in your home .

If I have special instruction for my home cleaning service, how do I let the cleaner know?

If you are not at home, please write it on paper and leave on the front table. Our cleaner will follow the instruction and do the jobs you require.

How do I change my cleaning schedule?

Just call Sparkle Home Cleaners or email and speak to our friendly staff to reschedule or reschedule online.

How do I know I can trust your staff?
