COVID-19 & Respiratory Infection Policy

At Sparkle Home Cleaners, the health and safety of our customers and cleaning team is extremely important to us.

We follow good hygiene and cleaning practices to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory infections. Our cleaners are encouraged to wash or sanitise their hands regularly and maintain appropriate hygiene throughout each visit.

Where appropriate, we may use suitable protective equipment and take additional precautions when cleaning areas where someone has been unwell.

We kindly ask customers to let us know before a cleaning visit if anyone in the property has COVID-19 or another contagious illness, so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate precautions.

We will always aim to provide a safe, professional and reliable cleaning service while following current UK health and safety guidance.
